Refund policy

1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Must make a clear single video of parcel opening by showing your original slip Tag.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be kept in its original packaging with all intact accessories, tags, or manuals included in the box.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used/damaged due to misuse, altered, or are missing parts not due to our error.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If you face any issues with your product or receive a faulty item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email.

  2. Provide your Order Number and clear photos/videos highlighting the issue or defect with the product.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you on sending the item back to our warehouse.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 3 to 5 working days.
